- Hi,
-
- Fabian Jimenez had the following to say about Re: Death of Amiga?? ..

- We will see ...

- Escom did _promise_ things too, and see what we got ...

-
- now what is popular. the a2ooo sure is, the a12oo but the a4ooo is not
- (because of it`s price)...
-
- FJ> Now I think this is a good thing. You see Amiga Tech will function as

-
- Interesting point og view but if Escom was never interested in the Amiga Development,
- why did they buy it in the first place and made and extra firm for it ?
-
- FJ> She also stated that they have several Amiga people as hardware and

-
- If VisCorp serverd the US market like Escom should have done, I could see
- nice sales figures there .. and again .. let`s wait and see ..
-
- FJ> She was very upbeat and predicted a re-emergence of the Amiga as a

-
- Not really.. I believe they will use the OS for the Interactivity with them
- planned set top boxes for the cable tv ..
-
- I am still in doubt about viscorp unless *I* see some progress going on with them.
- And I do not think it was a very good thing to sell AT at this vital point,
- where everyone expected new developments. A lot of faith into AT (including mine)
- has been ruined due to that news...
